New In-pipe
Cutter

The latest product of Hellweg Maschinenbau will
directly be used at packaging lines. This grinding system
was particular developed for the grinding of thin foils. Equipped
with a two-knifes-rotor and an adjustable gap of only 0,03
mm the RC 180 is an useful help for the "volume reduction"
and the grinding of foil edges directly at the manufacturing
place.

Quick cleaning
|
The series of the cutting mills for incline
have been extended by the MDS series. The series MDS has its
application field at any production with frequent changing
of colour. The new construction of the chamber guarantees
an very easy access to the knifes and the sieve. With a few
movements (without tool) the cutting chamber can be opened
and cleaned.

New fields
of applications

In the field of the mills for incline (series
80/150/180/250) also new applications are possible. The active
"flange-mount" of the mill for incline at the injection-moulding
machine prevents a pollution of the granulated material.

"Slotter" and MRS
|
The slow-speed
cutting mills work according to the grinder principle, guaranteeing
constant-sized, dust-free grains - without the use of a sieve.
Both sprues and thick-walled parts can be ground owing the
precrushing between the roller mills.

DVD sprues can be recycled "clean" by the grinder
type MRS (Material Recycling System), with adherence of the
requirements of a clean room, in a closed circle. The granulated
material is of very high quality and can directly be fed again
to the injection-moulding process.

The new
foil cutter units can operate with usual razor blades. Easy
changing of the blades without stopping the foil blowing system.
This is guarantied by the new cartridge changing system. Because
of a geared blade guide the new magnetic blade holders need
no further fixing.

New drawing-in
device
|
Die neue
Folien-Foil drawing-in device kann zwei Randstreifen mit unterschiedlichen
Geschwindigkeiten einziehen. Ermöglicht wird dies mit
Hilfe zweier Frequenzumwandler, die je stufenlos eingestellt
werden können. Dank des einfach zu bedienenden neuartigen
Andruck-Systems kann die Folie ideal "auf Zug" gehalten
und eingezogen werden.
